Felt is the latest mountain bike brand to offer new electric mountain bikes in North America. The new e-mountain bike line-up feature Shimano’s STEPS E8000 system to compliment Felt’s rugged and durable models capable of tackling the most technical terrain and trails.
Shimano Mountain Bike athlete Kyle Warner joined us at the 2018 Interbike Outdoor Demo at Northstar California Resort to lead guided demo tours of Shimano STEPS E8000 E-MTB bikes. Kyle has been riding the new Felt Redemption-E 30 and has even entered some e-MTB races on his new bike.

The new FELT e-MTB line-up features three different models - the Redemption-E 30, Redemption-E 50, and Surplus-E 50 S. All three models feature a Shimano STEPS E8000 Drive Unit and Shimano system engineered mountain bike components.
The Redemption-E 30 in an aluminum full suspension e-mtb, with a fully integrated down tube making for a sleek design. Made to tackle the toughest of trails, the E 30 has 150mm of suspension travel for the ultimate thrill ride. Felt’s top level e-mountain bike is equipped with SLX level shifters, cassette, and brakes, and an XT rear derailleur for quick and accurate shifting.
The Redemption-E 50 features the same aggressive suspension and frame geometry but comes equipped with DEORE M6000 level shifting and braking.
The Surplus-E 50 S is a hard-tail 27.5+ e-mtb designed to get you back on the trail. Features DEORE drivetrain and M365 hydraulic disc brakes.
